Since 2008 we have held six offline ‘round-table’ events at various of our client sites, including Lloyd’s Register, Yodel, Heathrow Airport and Shell. These have extended and galvanised our network as well as our market knowledge and understanding across our clients’ sectors.
Our candidate pool is network based. Whilst we use the standard tools of a database, advertising and business social media, our first port of call is our own extensive network.
We are also able to plan and deliver Assessment Centres using our own offices as a base. This holistic service has been used to appoint many of our placements in central London and is also available in our Manchester office.
