Translating Quality Standards Into Practice
Our appointed Programme or Project Manager works closely with an internal Project Sponsor to monitor quality of approach and written material. The Project Manager runs set up meetings with the client to agree objectives and methodology in addition to establishing written and verbal feedback loops for the duration of the contract. They also ensure that our quality approach is reflected in work undertaken by our network of trusted associates and partners by undertaking regular quality reviews.
